Hunters of the Sky,
Worcester, MA 2004
October 16th,
EcoTarium put on a program to advertise "Hunters of the Sky" a new
exhibit about peregrine falcons. There was a live Raptor presentation
by Larry Keating, storytime, trail walks, a drawing class, and a
presentation by the Higgins Armory Sword Guild. Hestia and friend
Andy Volpe did the hard part of the Phoenix Puppet show with a Great
Horned Owl and a Red-Tailed hawk. In "Raptor Chat," kids loved the
feathers, the rat-throwing and the raptor poo. Many thanks to Andy
Volpe and EcoTarium for providing us with these photos since other
members of Phoenix were in Salem on the same day.
